For solo and small-firm litigators · Private beta

Your case files are your edge.
Generic AI can't access them.

LegallyLite ingests your firm's closed case files and drafts new documents in your voice. Formatted for your court, from data no generic AI can access. Better than Claude or ChatGPT, with a privacy layer for your data. More case files, better drafts. No model is ever trained on your data.

01 · The problem

Your best work is buried in old files. Every new draft starts from scratch.

Every brief you've written contains your argument patterns, your preferred authorities, your voice. But when you start a new motion, you start from a blank page. Or you dig through folders trying to find that one brief from 2019 where you nailed the standard. Generic AI models like Claude and ChatGPT draft like everyone. Neither sounds like you.

02 · How it works

Upload your closed cases. We learn how you draft.

No style prompts. No training sessions. Upload 5–10 closed case files (core pleadings only) and the system builds a profile of how you write. Rule-statement structure, transitional phrases, preferred authorities, sentence rhythm. Then every draft matches.

01

Upload closed cases

Upload 5–10 resolved matters. Core pleadings only: complaints, answers, key motions. About 100 pages total.

02

System learns your voice

LegallyLite reads your filings and builds a practice profile: argument patterns, preferred authorities, writing style, fact-framing approach.

03

Draft in your voice

Describe the new matter. Get a first draft that reads like you wrote it, because it learned from work you actually did. Formatted for your court.

03 · Court-formatted

Formatted for your court.

Every court is different. Caption format, page limits, citation style, local rules. You shouldn't have to watch a YouTube video to figure out how to format a pleading for a new court. LegallyLite formats output for your specific court with the correct local rules applied.

Local rules built in

Pick the court. Pick the motion type. LegallyLite applies the correct formatting: caption, font, margins, spacing, page limits, citation style. Stop spending hours in Word getting the details right for each court.

04 · Your data, your control

Your files never leave your firm's instance. Ever.

Your case files are your competitive advantage. We don't train on them. We don't share them. We don't aggregate them across firms. Each firm gets a private, isolated environment with a dedicated privacy layer for your data.

0 training on your data

Your files improve your drafts. Not ours. Not anyone else's.

Isolated per firm

No cross-firm data. No shared models. Your instance is yours.

Delete file = purge data

Remove a file and all associated data is permanently purged. No retention. No fine print.

05 · Pricing

Transparent. No "contact sales."

Every competitor hides pricing behind a demo call. We don't. If the price doesn't work, the product doesn't work.

We're onboarding firms one at a time during beta. Pricing may change. Early adopters lock in.

06 · FAQ

The questions attorneys actually ask.

Is my client data used to train your model?

No. Your case files stay in your firm's isolated instance. They are never used to train any model, never shared across firms, and never accessible to anyone outside your firm.

What types of files can I upload?

PDF and Word documents. For the beta, we focus on core pleadings: complaints, answers, motions, briefs. We recommend starting with 5–10 closed matters to build your practice profile.

How is this different from ChatGPT or Claude?

Generic AI models like ChatGPT and Claude draft the same way for everyone. They don't know how you write. LegallyLite drafts from your actual case history, in your voice, formatted for your specific court, with a dedicated privacy layer that keeps your data isolated.

Do I need to share active case files?

No. We recommend starting with closed or resolved matters only. These carry lower confidentiality risk and are sufficient to build your practice profile.

Which courts do you support?

King County Superior Court, King County District Court, and Western District of Washington (federal) at launch. Tell us which court you need next and we'll prioritize.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Month-to-month, cancel anytime. If you cancel, all your data will be permanently purged from our systems within 30 business days.
